I've had my Pearl for 2 weeks now, both me and my sister got one with TMobile.

Blackberry Messenger has been working great, until now...she's unable to recieve any PIN messages, in the message box, or in the Blackberry Messenger.

On my BBMessenger buddy list, it shows her name with a small icon next to it, I dont know what the icon means, its the little happy face, with like an Open Parenthesis and a dot or block of some sort, I opened the Menu and went to Contact Info and says Status: Contact Is Unreachable

I looked at her Pearl, and all the contacts on her list show the same icon, and says they are Unreachable in the Contact Info....mine works fine, I can send and recieve messages, and my other contacts don't have the same Icon.

Any help would greatly be appreciated, sorry for the long thread!

Is she set as 'available'? Try turning the wireless off, and back on, then check the BlackBerry Pin Messenger and make sure it's set to available...

Also, try adding someone else, to see it she gets the 'accept/decline' option...

We tried all that :( hehe she just got off the phone with TMobile and they said to either switch SIM cards with somebody, and if that don't work, reinstall the OS, and if that don't work

return the phone, I'll keep you guys posted, thank you

Ive noticed issues with BBMessenger like this one... pulling the battery always take care of it.
