Is there some way to globally pick the folders for redirection? I know you can go into each user's account, but that seems like a PITA to do. Also, I want to globally set it so that only messages on the handheld are deleted UNLESS the user specifically chooses on his handheld to delete on the desktop as well. Can you do this?

Both of these settings have to be done on the handheld, they are not configurable options via policy - for us it's just part of the initialization / deployment routine. I haven't been able to use software configs yet, it may be possible to do the settings via that route.
