Running BES 3.6 SP3 with HotFix 2.

I am trying to remove a Bberry user who no longer has a mailbox. Every time I try to remove the user, an error message pops up stating "unable to access mailbox". Ideas?

Is it possible the user was removed from your mail environment before he/she was removed from BES?

That is exactly what happened.

There was a couple of threads about this in the past. I honestly forget what the fix was, maybe re-add the user, delete from BES and then re-delete the user.

Try searching for a bit. If you can't find it I'll see if I can later.

upgrade your service pack. issue is fixed in SP4.
