Question Can send but not Receive mail

Please Login to Remove!

Hi. I'm having a strange problem with my Pearl. I have 2 accounts set up. One works fine, but the other, doesn't receive messages. I set up both accounts via the T-mobile web site. I have deleted and re-created the problematic account 3 times now. Each time it says that it was successfully created and I get the "you will begin receiving messages in 20 minutes" message, but nothing ever comes. Yesterday, I discovered that I can actually send from this account via my BB. Weird. The problem account comes from a POP server. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm assuming (maybe wrongly) that I am running the latest os. I just got my Pearl 2 weeks ago. Is it possible that I got one with an older OS version? How do I check?

Did you try re-sending the service books? That fixed it for my 7100t when I had the same problem.

2 ways to do it:

1. Online under My Tmobile, click
-Set up Blackberry Internet Email (may be under communicaiton
-Service Books in left column
-Send Service Books

2. Call support (611 from the device).

Good luck,

Just to be sure, check your firewall setting in Security.
Make sure your Blackberry Internet Service is not checked.
It will make messages appear as sent but you won't see them.
