I use the orange OEM skin from Blackberry and was wondering if the Seidio Skinned Shield Holster is compatible with it?

I like the Seidio Shield Holster holding the BB screen side in, but want to make sure it can work correctly with skin attached before investing $30. I get conflicting reports.

Well of course it wasn't designed to be used with the OEM skin, but they are similar in thickness. I think the OEM skin is just a little thinner, so it may have a slightly looser fit, but I'm sure it'll work. Look at their return policy, I'm sure you can return it if it doesn't fit, or you can get this if you like the orange skin:

Actually, it was. They have a "skinned" and non-skinned version, so yes, it IS supposed to work with it. I have heard conflicting reports as to how well.

Still disagree, it was designed to work with the Seidio skin, not the OEM skin. They are different, but like I said, not by that much.

kasperapd is correct. We designed the holster to fit our skin which is usually a bit thicker and stronger than the OEM. Your skin should fit, but we just can't guarantee how well. Hopefully there is someone on the forum who has both.

it fits but it is a little loose. I have both and the OEM kinda wiggles around in the holster. try it they do have a return policy. you never know it might not bug you as much as it did me.
