We are running Exchange 2K3, BES 4.0, and all 7510 or 7520 BBs. (All running 4.0 as well)

My issue is I have one user who is not getting all of his emails. He gets most, but not all...

It's sporadic, I sent him 3 emails in a 30 min period, he did not receive the 1st, but received the 2nd and 3rd almost immediately.

He says it has happened multiple times...
My first thought was maybe he had a rule set that was moving the email to a personal folder before it got to the BB, but I don't believe he has any rules in Outlook set to dump certain emails anywhere, because all 3 of my emails went to his inbox in Exchange and sat there. Also, they were not CC:s or BCC:S, just direct emails...

Anyone have any ideas?

Does the connector log show anything during the time he should have received the emails?

also, look in the MAGT BES logs for that time, as well.

nextel customer no service told me when emails arent going through send one to the blackberry.net account and it will kick start the system. It has worked flawlessly so far for me..
