I have tried to take apart my trackball and clean it and have cleand and cleaned and still cant get it to work. It scrolls up but wont scroll down. Anybody have any suggestions here please?

Call your service provider and get a warranty replacement. I had the same problem, except it wouldn't go left.

i bought it on ebay brand new and i dont have tmobile service and i use it on cingular, anybody know a way around that issue?

I thought you threw it away. Try taking it back to a T-mobile store, even if you are not a customer, someone might take pity.
