Greetings,

While testing another blackberry with BES after a install of BES 3.6 SP2, I am unable to register another blackberry to my name since it see's the old one when I try to add my name in via the add user. The old one is registered to another user now and he's using it.

How do I unregister the old one to me so I can register the new one?

Remove yourself, choosing to remove information from mailbox. Readd and choose to clear statistics when prompted.
