I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of a call accounting software. We use a job code when we dial long distance on our Nortel PBX system. We want to implement a similar feature for our blackberry devices so that when a user makes a call, they will need to input a job number. This can then be billed back to the job. I know there is a Program called Timetag, but it leaves it up to the user to decide if they want to put in a job number after the call is made. We need it to always request a job number.
