Is there a way to transfer those old pictures from 8700 to the new 8800.

how did you get the pictures on in the first place? if you emailed them to your self maybe you can still find the email and then email them again. i know i had a pic on my phone someone sent me from their pearl and sent it using blackberry messenger, so i sent it back to them and then they emailed it to me (with new os you can attach pictures).

in conclusion, maybe if you know someone with a pearl you can send it to them through bb messenger and they can email them to you or find the old emails.

If you use the desktop manager there is a change handheld option that will move the contents from your 8700 to the 8800.

I downloaded the pictures from the internet longtime ago, but those pictures no longer there.
I have not try the Swich device wizard in the desktop manager, but i did try to restore from my backup file.
