Hi Guys
Have a question re: the changing of contacts in outlook not updating on the Pearl.
We have a lot of Pearl rolling out since Xmas and they work very well for us.
I am no expert @ BB's but look after the rolling out and general admin of them)
The issue seems to be that when say a Secretary (who has opened a users contacts folder in their own Outlook after being given permissions) is making changes to the contact list, do not go across to the PEARL.?
has anyone come across this issue before?
I'd appreciate any Input.

If you are using DM (desktop manager) have you configure it to sync with outlook,
If you go to synchronize ,configure synchronize, and check the settings for address book it should say import, export and sync, chose to sync and it should work


P.S you will have to do this with every new blackberry that you are trying to sync

Steal, I am guessing you are on BES, and not using DM to sync?

Yes, steal, it is likely an issue of BES to Outlook, which I am not qualified to answer... but I'm betting you'll get someone else to answer here.
