Laura, just a hint for your web designer... to avoid/minimize compression pixelation when making jpg image files (especially around lettering), in photoshop, do File > Save For Web and choose JPG and put the quality at around 75-80. The first thing I noticed about the site was the pixelation around the lettering in the header logo.

I'll try to catch the next one in Atlanta, but I'm travelling this time around. :-/
