This is often the solution to problems with the BB but can also be misunderstood quite often. If you search based on Service Book you are overwhelmed with the broad nature of the responses.

My question is that when removing service books is presented as the how-to-resolve something, say relative to emails not coming in or being sent are you saying to remove ONLY the service books associated with a specific email address or are you saying remove ALL service books and do a resend of service books to the device? When you send service books from the BIS, what service books does it replace?? email only? apps?

This may be obvious to some/most here but I just want to make sure I fully understand. I am having problems with an app and do not want to remove service books for other applications if that could mess things up.

Remove only the service book related to THAT specific email address. Often, though, a quick battery pull reboot has solved my receiving issues, but I am betting you have tried that.

My problem is with Twitterberry and no one here really uses it. The developer is being awesome with his support.

***quick random/hopefully funny story... I assume the developer is on PAC time as I recently forgot that I set my email notification to Dave Chappelle saying "I'm Rick James beo&^%" ...but my gf did not appreciate hearing it several times at around 1 in the morning recently.

I personally though it was funny.
