I'm inheriting a 8700c from a friend who just upgraded. I currently have a 7290 that was provided by my office and works on our network. I assume that just switching the sim card to the new phone isnt going to set up the e-mail, what setting do I need to pull from the old phone in order to get it working with my corporate network?

Contact your BES admin. If he'll support the device, he'll give you the new activation password.

if you use the desktop manager, connect the new device nd it will ask to switch pin numbers

and if you both have activated Internet email (your personal mail), you'll want to change the PIN the mail is forwarded to.

Indeed... I learned about this one the hard way(Head of IT gave her handheld to the new COO), and didn't tell me she had personal mail being forwarded to it.... 2-3 weeks later... disaster!
