Does anyone have a link (OTA or DM..doesn't matter) for the Stopwatch program? I've heard there's one that works with the Pearl, but I can't seem to find a link for one. (i've tried the link on PinStack, but when I tried to install, it says it's missing something...)

alright, well, i found the link here to download the StopWatch program HERE. But when i try to install via DM, it gives me an error message:

"The application 'StopWatch' cannot be loaded, because it requires the following applications that are not available:

net.rim.blackberry.api"

What's this all about? What do I need to do to get StopWatch installed?!?! Thanks again...

thanks for the replies...as for having the OS software on my PC, i don't...what program do i need to download the OS to my PC? i kinda want to do that so i can delete the stock pictures and music sample...

and i ended up finding the Chrono StopWatch program from the T-Mo site...i think its a trial (dunno how long it'll last), but so far it works great!

Does anyone have a stopwatch app for the Pearl? I found a couple on the forum however they are .jad files and I don't have any idea on how to load it to the pearl.

I'm looking to use it for the times my kids are in timeout - LOL.

jad files are for over the air installation. Type the url into your blackberry browser and it will install for you.

hmm...care to share where you found the stopwatch / timer program? i tried the ChronoMagic from the T-Mobile store, but its not fantastic enough for me to want to pay for it...any free ones that will do the same stuff?? i just need simple stopwatch & timer...

hmm...when i try to copy and paste the url above, it just takes me back to the main forum page...has the thread moved? still looking for a free stopwatch / timer app...the ChronoMagic from T-Mo was okay, but not spectacular enough for me to pay for it.

and i did try to search...no results for chronograph, and nothing helpful showed up when i searched stopwatch...although i did only search within the 8100 forum...
