Default Exchange 2007 4.1.3 Issues

Please Login to Remove!

I just installed Exchange 2007 on a 2003 R2 x64 server. I can connect clients via Outlook 2003 & 2007. I setup another server running Windows 2003 R2 to handle BES 4.1.3 with all the hotfixes. When I add a user it just sits there initializing and never goes any further. When I setup the user with password activation over the air. An incoming blackberry email comes into the inbox but is not intercepted by BES. I ran a utility located in the tools folder to check if the BESAdmin account could successfuly access the user acount. The utility showed it had full access to the user account with no errors what so ever. Could someone give me an idea what is going on. There does not seem to be any permission issues what so ever.

Also when I try to activate the handheld from the server directly I get a messsage stating that Blackberry Alert does not know information about that user yet. Or something along those lines.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I would be interested to know if you find a resolution, my manager wants me to research the new version of BES 4.1.3 in anticipation of when we roll out Exchange 2007 early next year.

Issue resolved. It was the BES installation. I removed the entire BES install, SQl install. Removed every registry entry as well as all folders left behind. I rebooted the server and reinstalled BES and everything worked perfectly.
