You know they are going to be. I have emailed the seller to confirm that he will ship on Tuesday via overnight and he REALLY has them in hand and ready to ship. I also asked if they are branded (i.e. O2?) and warranted to be unlocked. He has alot of good feedback and has sold Blackberrys before. If using PayPal you would have a $2000 fraud warranty if you follow the rules

Price is better that the jerk who want $799 for a pre-order! OUCH!

the ebay seller also sells archery equipment....... so your back up purchase could be a crazy looking compound bow

not really sure what you'd use it for (other than actually archery) but it's interesting what the same (or similar) amounts of money can buy - a blackberry or a bow.

Hold on a minute here, lets think about this! I find it interesting how these popped up tonight, tomorrow is Saturday and does not count as a business day. So even ordering it with the overnight delivery option means no phone until Tuesday at the earliest. We might be better off waiting until Tuesday. Verizon is droppin the 8830 in stores that day, maybe AT&T is gonna blow our minds and drop the Curve also. Imagine if the guy listing the phone auctually works for AT&T and knows something we dont!!! Hmmm

That's right, With Memorial Day on Monday and all. Pushing it even further out. I'm over hyped with all this, maybe I'll just enjoy my 8800 for the time being!

The 8300 will not, by magic, drop on Tuesday. Not even traning offered for this device yet. The 8300 will be just like the other devices and there will be some training a day or two before.

Remember, there are no "real" images of the Cingualr/AT&T 8300 in it's box on the internet. This, to me, is the real test that it has been released.

We are getting VERY close.

The seller has not responded to my 3 emails. Maybe I am a little more intensive with my eBay deals but I answer within minutes, via my BB, when I have a question. It just could be this guy does not have them in hand! If I had 10 new 8300's, you can bet you would have some nice fresh images. Also note what is included in the auction, does not sound like a full box to me!

If he would have put a O2 or Cing box on the my funds would have been sent via PayPal last night!

Only 4 units left. Another thing that worries me is that he says it ships the next day unless stated otherwise. Well in the shipping part of the auction it says 4 business days before shipping. That would almost push the device shipping till the week after next! That is getting closer to when it will be released! I am holding off as he still will not answer my questions!

This means likely it will not ship unitll a WEEK from this Monday! He has no stock in hand. Looks to me he should have PRE-ORDER in his listing!

My only advice to those crack addicts among us is to wait one more week. Even if you can afford it, spending $600-700 today isnt advisable considering the phones wont arrive till next week anyway. Give it another week for AT&T.

I am not one to usually wait but will this time. I have bought early before and regretted it. I will wait for AT&T!

If legit ones were available say early this month or last month, I too would have probably dumped a bagful of money on it. But I dont see the point in paying twice for something just to have it 3 days early?

I emailed sportcom last night if he has them in stock. he responded "yes. Will ship in 4 business days". 4 business days is friday june 1st! I am going to wait and see what happens next week.

The worst thing would be to decide to order from sportcomm only to have ATT release it next week ! I would hate to wait for sportcom to ship his overpriced phone while everyone else is walking into stores and buying themselves
