Well, it works great. But I'd like the latest version, which would be nice. Any idea when Rogers Canada will support the 4.2 handheld software for the 8700's ?

Yahoo isn't built in, it's still a separate app

Default Wanna use MSN on your BB? Here's how:

Guys - use jivetalk. It's AMAZING. It's a great app for MSN Messenger on your blackberry. I installed it a few days ago and it looks and feels just like MSN Messenger..it's freakin' awesome. I am so stoked that I can actually use MSN on my blackberry now. Enjoy!!!

Default Jive talk beta over!!

Jive talk is great but I am not sure I want to pay $30 bucks for it. The beta is over so it is time to pay the piper.

Ugh!

I downloaded BerryVine Messenger and it works great for me. It only costs $12.50.

BerryVine.com Details Page

It works with BlackBerry 87xx series and BlackBerry 7xxx series.

I forgot to say... it's for MSN Messenger.

hola friends,

wanted to give this thread a bump since i'm about to lay down some money on jivetalk. it's a great app, and i don't mind spending on it, but wanted to make a wise consumer decision by seeing if anybody in these forums have heard of any recent news on MSN providing a client for us.

if so, please let us all know.

much thanks,
jax

just downloaded jivetalk, wondering if anyone here has a key so that I do not have to pay for it. I really like it but can not justify myself purchasing it. Any help would be appreciated.

I use IM+ (Software for PDA and mobiles: MSN/Live Messenger, Yahoo!, AIM/iChat, ICQ, MySpace, Jabber, LCS, Sametime, Oracle, Reuters, Skype). Sure it cost, but it's a lifetime license, so I don't mine.

Default eqo

I have stopped waiting on RIM for a messenger client. I finally found EQO and its free and seems to work like a charm.
