I have gotten BB Weather installed. I entered my zip code as the Location ID and the Description as my city. When it polls for the weather I get an error:

"Invalid url parameter"

Any suggestions on how to resolve this. This worked fine on my BB 7250.

What is the zip code you are entering? Can you look up the weather using that same zip code if you got to weather.com on your PC?

I tried multiple zip codes 32548, 35630, 35801, 35228

None of these worked.

Why, try pulling the battery and rebooting after setting it up. Make sure you have MDS disabled (put a check mark).

Do you have the APN settings correct for Verizon?

Unless you are on a BES...then you want it unchecked.

Excuse my lack of knowledge but what are MDS and APN Settings?

I am getting this error as well. I am able to look up my zip on weather.com, but it does give me more than one option (could this be a problem?)... Does anyone have a fix for this?

Nevermind... I checked the "Disable MDS Proxy" box and it works fine now...
