Default 7130e not recieving calls?

Please Login to Remove!

I have had my 7130e for about a month or so and it does not pick up some calls.

Sometimes when people call, it goes straight to voicemail and sometimes it will just ring and ring and ring then eventually go to voice mail. I have tried this my self.

It will generally not recieve calls in the morning when i take it off the charger. I some times have to make a call on it before it will recieve a call?

I have found the auto On/Off feature and they are both disabled, so I don't think that is a problem.

Any advice would be great, since I use my phone for work and its making me go crazy!

Cheers,
Jamie

when was the last time you did a *228 update? I would try that first then an OS reinstall if that doesnt work.

If these seem to be calls from sertain numbers, I would check the Call Forwarding options.

Hey,

*228 will most likely not work as his provider is Bell and not VZW.

As far as not receiving calls, trying updating the OS on the device and see if that helps.

Have you tried to power-cycle the device, pull the battery out for 1 min and place it back in?

If not place a call to Bell support for voice network issues, have them look to see if it is something on the network side.
