I just requested AT&T to provision my BB with their Blackberry International Plan and since they, I have not been able to access MediaNet. Does all blackberry plan on AT&T allow MediaNet access? Thanks!

It should. Look in your bookmarks the MediaNet links should be there.

It should but it's very common for at&t to mess up your provisioning. I'd call and verify that you're provisioned for MediaNET as well.
