I receive orders via my BB email and connect to the vendor's site via the link provided in the email. When I enter my U/P I get Http Error 405: Method Not Allowed...

I spoke with the vendor and they said that they don't know how to fix the issue but they are aware that others like myself have been able to have the problem resolved using a Third Party Application or After Market Download or something... sorry - I'm not really versed in this...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated - seeing as how this is my means of living....
