Is it possible other than manually to transfer contacts on a 7100i from Nextel to a Palm Treo 700wx on Verizon? If so, How?

Would you be able to sync to Outlook (BB -> Outlook) and then from Outlook to the Treo? I have never had a Treo but it seems I recall a thread where someone wanted to do the reverse and these steps were suggested (or something close to it).

That is what I was thinking and recommened but wasn't sure if there was another or better way, I am helping a client of mines that I develop a website for who is trying to get their contacts transfer.
