This must really be basic but I am stumped.
I am trying to access my bank online. The instructions are:

Text all commands to CHASE (24273)

The only "text" that I know is SMS and that requires an entire phone number. Am I missing something really basic?

Messages > Compose SMS Text > -Use Once- > type 5 digit number

Call your carrier. No reason it shouldn't work.
