we have several clients all over .. here's the breakdown that we noticed
NY - Verizon - great coverage in the city and on the trains
Atlanta GA - T-mobile work fine
Ohio - T-mobile works fine
Seattle WA - T-mobile
Flordia - T-mobile
Outside the U.S - T-mobile without a doubt!
Overall if you're looking to save money T-mobile have the best prices with perhaps some calls drop .. not many. T-mobile customer service is GREAT! - They've recently won awards for this - check out the stats online Verizon has a pretty nifty network that really get the job done especially in NY they have no comptetion there besides maybe Nextel (not bad). ( I hear there customer service isn't that great) Cingular I expect big things once their network transformation is complete. Nexel is pretty nifty... specfically the two way (they've got all carriers bet on the feature)
Devices:
#1 - As of now 7290 is the leader.
#2 - As of now 7100t - even though this device I would say isn't for your everday email typing friend it's a sure shot for sleekness and mobility. The speakerphone is what really gives this device an advantage over the 7290.
#3 7230 - By default because of the color display.
I'm open to share as much info as possible with this group. If anyone has any question feel free to ask.
