Thinking about upgrading, other than the gps, what are the major differences?

8300 is a bit smaller correct? And the color on the 8310 is a bit darker (titanium) correct? Those are the only differences I've read about. I'm I leaving out others?

Sizes are identical. Colors may be different, of course.

Only difference is the GPS and the darker color. Everything else is the same.
