Ok, i am a new BB user and I have the sprint 8130.
My issue is I go to my browser and it never gives me the 'go to' option on the menu.

This is what it gives...

If i click home, it takes me to the email setup page.. and asks me to log in..
I log in and it just takes me to my email set up...
I have done all that.. but I also sometimes HAVE gotten the 'go to' option
but most the time I dont...

I was just about to ask you what would happen if you hit the letter "G" shortcut and then remembered it is a shuretype device I actually had this issue once or twice on my Curve when opening links from emails but it did not happen often. I remember changing the default browser...

New need to go into the email site were it says sign in then on the bottom of the page go to the log out section then it should take you out of that completly

I had the same issue, sometimes the browser would take me to the bb email account login and not my google home page.
However, it didn't happen all the time.

So, I downloaded the ESPN launcher, and instead of accessing the web through the globe icon, I use the E icon to get to ESPN.com, and from there I have the Go To option in the menu.
