Hello everybody !
I have the following situation:
My company has a domain with subdomains such as domain1.company.com and domain2.company.com, each one with its own exchange server.
Until now I was running happy a BES server for the users in domain1.company.com, but now I need to add a user located in domain2.company.com. The necessary rights were assigned on the domain2 exchange server but I still cannot add the user, receiving the message that the system could not find/access user's mailbox. On the other hand in the MAPI configuration of my BES server there is no option to add extra servers.
Any idea how to solve this ?

Do these two domains have a trust between them?

Try this test.

Can you logon to a workstation as the besadmin account and open Outlook.

Setup the mapi for the besadmin account, then go to File > Open > Other User's Folder

Try to open the Inbox of the user you want to add.

If this fails, then permissions are not setup correctly somewhere.

Yes it works !
I have logged as besadmin and I was able to open folders from users on the other domain. Anything else that can be tried ?
