I would say starting about a week ago whenever I enter "myspace.com" into my browser it seems to take me to some type of beta myspace mobile type of application. What ois with this and is there anyway I can get back to using the regular/normal version? Anyone else notice this?

Sounds like automatic redirect to me. There's probably nothing you can do about it. If you do find a solution, there will be others here interested to know.

It was done by myspace. To avoid using the mobile beta version, at the login screen (logout if you're currently logged in) select the option under the log in button to "View MySpace In: | Classic". That should bring you to the normal version of the page.

A lot of websites will automatically redirect you to the mobile version, if they detect you're using a smartphone.

Geez, Opera Mini is not the answer to every browser problem.

Maybe after all the websites I use finish creating mobile sites and installing auto redirect, they'll start going back and adding option to view full site, as mentioned in #6.

You can also try changing the browser configuration "Emulation Mode" to Microsoft IE or several other browsers. Your mileage may vary. I think you'll find that the regualr MySpace page is not really set up well for viewing on small screens. (or big ones, but that's just me MySpace hating =)
