Default Infodev My Customer

Please Login to Remove!

Hello. I will be getting my first BB. I was wondering if anyone has My Customer from Infodev? I run a cleaning and restoration company and would like a program that could keep all of my clients info on my BB. I want something that does a little more than just a contact manager.

what information are you trying to keep? the blackberry already has a very robust contact management application. 2 addresses, multiple phone numbers, notes, email, etc

Besides the basic Name, address, phone # and e-mail, I would like to keep clients service history (both date and price). I also have multiple contacts for some of my corporate accounts.

I currently use Act 6.0 for my prospects but use a business specific software for my existing clientele.

well the notes section in each contact can keep that information, at least a good portion of it. There are also other options for databases or spreadsheets out there. eoffice has an excel viewer/editor that could be able to help.

HanDbase too DDH Software

i havent personally used my costumer but it seems like (from your description) that it would work, as would the above listed app. if you have more details i might be able to help you more.

I don't know if the aforementioned software has a trial, but I know for a fact that both Ascendo Data Vault and Track It: Custom Edition do. I would suggest that you download both and test them both.

They are both customizable, so you'll be able to make it work for you and how you want to review your customer base, instead of cramming your base into a fixed structure.

Not to mention, once you see one thing that you can do with it, you'll find other ways that you'll be able to use it and get more for your money.
