OK, I loaded a couple hundred songs but they are not grouped by artist. How do I group them?

The media manager/Roxio program that came with the BB 8830.

OK, so I deleted all of the songs on the card, "tagged" every song in media manager, redownloaded the songs and they still are not grouped by artist or album. What am I doing wrong??

i think he was referring to the media player on the blackberry or a third party application.

Umm I don't know if this will help LOL

BUT on my 8100 I plugged in my BB by USB and just opened the folder, went to music, and just created new folders and dragged and dropped.

how did you name the files?

what type of media program you use to play them on the computer?

do you change the title and name in the media program on your computer?

example:
I use itunes a lot. so I edit my artist and the title that shows on the playlist.

Group the artist in folders on your microSD. Your BB will then read them by "folder."
