Really? I was try to check the seller's feedback, and they seem to be pretty good (98%-99.whatever). I wasn't planning on buying a used one, I wanted to get a new one. If the $350 range is more legit, I'm fine spending the extra money if I have to, but I really can't afford, or justify, spending $500 while in college on a phone.

When you get the phone from ebay, just wipe it using JL_Cmder and reinstall your preferred software version. Should have no troubles.

does anyone know if the MMS issue has been fixed on the Sprint Pearl2. upon first release, MMS was not available on it but was supposed to be updated.
