Question OWA or Re-Director

Please Login to Remove!

I currently use mail connector. That is going away on the 27th, ands was wondering which option would be better for me. OWA or Re-Director?

Any help or advice on this would be great.

If you can access OWA I would go with BIS. Redirector has limitations, it must be running at all times to receive mail and does not support attachments.

I was just told about Mail Connector being withdrawn today - just one week's notice! Really that is just unbelievable - how on earth do these guys run a business?

I've had a look at the technical requirements for BlackBerry Professional Software Express - the solution that is being suggested by Blackberry - and it seems to me that you need to have a server with a server operating system to use it.

That defeats the purpose for me, as the reason I use Mail Connector is that it synchronises Outlook email on my home computer with my phone. I can't imagine that many people have a server and server OS at home? I don't use BES for the same reason and Redirector does not handle file attachments.

So it looks like this is a massive step backwards. Does anybody know what you do in this situation?
