Hi
I have one user who reports that all messages have dissappeared from his device apart from Todays.
This includes sent and files messages.
There is nothing at all in the BES logs showing this deletion activity and the deletions have NOT sync'd back to his lotus notes mailfile.
My first thought was that he'd done a "delete prior" but a: he assures me he hasn't and b: from my testing, that only clears the inbox.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Check the memory on BB. Low memory will start to delete old messages to conserve memory. This is the only thing I know that does this. have the user go to Options> Status and compare the File Total and File Free. If the memory is low, less then 2MB then that's probably the issue.
