i just ordered BB CURE 8320. then i come here and find out that at least two new blackberries are coming out soon. should i cancel my order and wait for the new ones? are the new BBs massive improvement over this one? i already own a pearl but my brother took it and is not ready to give it back.

i know tmobile is coming out with the 8820 but if you don't need gps(telenav) and can live with google maps then I think the curve is for you!

The new ones are not in the real near future, probably May June of this year.

mostly because i wanted a curve. he used to hate BB . . . after pearl he wont use a phone if it isnt a blackberry.

the reason i dont need the GPS is because i spend most of my time in Pakistan (going to school there) and they dont really have real roads, or maps since they dont have any need for such trivial things.

The Curve is a great phone and I can't imagine why you wouldn't like it. Also, I wouldn't anticipate the new models coming out anytime soon so you may find yourself waiting for a few months. I upgraded from a Pearl to the Curve and although I loved the Pearl, the Curve is definitely the way to go.
