i am a new bb user from Shanghai China.

i got this 7100r from my friend.he told me this bb was locked.
but it can't work: it can't get through into system,the lcd just show this picture.

i had a 7230 before which was locked too,but that can get into system .

can anyone tell me what is this???(look into the picture.)

A search on the number "507"...just below the icon brings up a whole host of threads. It would seem that...as the icon suggests...there is no OS on the handset.

Plug it in to your PC and flash the latest OS to it.

thank u ,i get my 7100r worked now.


but only find it a locked mobile.


i get an idea.
i flash a Roger7100r to it . may i flash an unlocked rom??
