PocketMac to Blackberry Synching "Skipping" Error?

Uhh, I have no idea what I'm doing. Fairly new to Blackberry & Mac. I downloaded PocketMac to my Macbook Air & I can't connect. It says error: skipping. Error number: 02:46:14.465
I've only used the installation disks on a PC computer before and synched contacts and when I went into the AT&T store, the guy pretty much printed me off the number for Blackberry & told me to pay for tech support.
