Ok, I did a search and no info on my issue was found. I just got a new 7100G and loaded the desktop software from the BB site. I am at ver4 sp1. I wanted to add some games to the 7100 so I brought up the application loader. In order to add the new game, the software wants to downgrade or remove everyting else on the phone. I have looked on the BB site and here and I cannot find a similar problem. Any ideas?

That should just mean that you have older Handheld software installed on your PC, to remove it goto your Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs.. Remove the BlackBerry 7100 Wireless Handheld Software and try app loader again.
