Hello, the BES I am currently attempting to troubleshoot was working perfectly for 3 months and then stopped relaying emails to handhelds 2 days ago. Everything looks great, the SRP validates, services are running, I was able to stop and restart BES no problem. I don't know who installed it but I do know he had no previous experience with BES.
The icon for the BES is blue in colour where it would normally be green. Firewall port 3101 is open, BES admin rights look good. Short of reinstalling BES I am at a loss of what else to look for or do.
Help? Ideas?

I am being led to believe that the problem is a result of installation error.

hard to tell what's wrong.
quickest way would be to install the latest sp for the BES under the BESAdmin account.
this should fix any install problems, routing etc.
