Depends on what device and more importantly what version of the handheld OS is on that device.
What device to you have? (There's no such thing as a 7300)
What OS is on the device? Options > About

You won't be able to create folders or move items into folders.
You need at least OS 4.2.2.x for that, which is not available for the 8800 right now.
