I posted this in another thread, but don't seem to get a response.

I just re-loaded both desktop and BB software onto my PC and when I try to synchronize it's giving me a "??????(???)" error.

Is it not recognizing the password? Any idea how to fix it?

I am using the 4.2.2 desktop software with .180 BB Curve software on t-mobile.

Thanks in advance!

Yea, you sorta thread crapped your question in that thread about someone else's problem.

I am assuming that the Desktop Manager does see the BB and register the PIN in the lower margin of the DM window, otherwise you could not get to the sync application.

Reboot BOTH the PC, and the BB (remove the battery while powered on, replace and reboot). See what happens after.
