Is there a way to copy all my contacts on my phone to the sim card? I see how to do the reverse, sim to phone, but no option to go phone to sim. Any help?



Oh by the way this is for a 8100 Pearl.

BlackBerry Devices will only read from a SIM card for contacts and not write to it. This is due to nature of the Field Mapping and security.

you can copy them all manually, or go to an AT&T store and they can plug it to a machine. you will ONLY get name and first number. Dont really see a reason to do this, if you want to back up your numbers sync to the desktop.

Wow what a pain....I guess Ill back it up to outlook and then use my old slvr to write them to the sim.


The reason I am doing this is because Ill be switching to a Windows based phone soon so I can use it for work.
