Hello All,

I tried searching first but gave up after 4 pages.

I have 2 of the same curves. same software versions and everything.

One has the personal email setup just fine.

The other does not have the personal email setup at all.

When I Go into the setup wizard folder, there are only 2 of the three icons. The bluetooth setup wizard and the blackberry setup wizard.

When I go into the blackberry setup wizard, and select email setup, again i only have 2 of the 3 options that i should have. The email setup wizard for blackberry enterprise server, and skip this step.

I tried reloading the software. That didnt' help.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a "Setup Internet Email" icon on the main screen? Do BOTH devices have a BB Internet add-on?

Have you tried seting up e-mail via the blackberry website on your pc and sending a Service Books?

Both don't have it on the main screen. And about the Internet Add-On, how do I find out about that?

No I haven't, I will give that a try.

You actually don't need the icon on the device. You should be able to setup email via at&t's BIS site: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?b...ular&locale=en

Do you have a BB data plan for both devices?
