So, I guess I'm a gluton for punishment...but if .46 fries my SIM card like .42 did, then I'll learn my lesson for sure...maybe. :S
Anyway, the only issue I've experienced is while on a phone call, the phone reboots. I've taken out the media card, so that can't be a culprit. Any ideas on what it could be? My 3rd party apps are Google Maps, Facebook 1.2, and Opera Mini. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think .46 will fry your sim card. Not sure on the reboots.

Well so far so good, I have more memory with this release, Only 3rd party app running is windows live serach and that is it. The UMA handoff drops calls for me. For example if I am on a phone call while on EDGE and I walk into work while on that call, the UMA handoff makes the call failed, and I cant redial for like a few minutes. I get the call failed message on the screen. Anybody else have this issue

I got a bit of restarts with .46, have not been able to pin point what it is - but I think it's UMA related.

Don't think it's UMA related. Mine rebooted while on the road and on the phone. I have since turned off the WI-FI. I'll let you know if I still get the reboots.

I loaded up .46 last night and it is working good for me. I only have about 20mb free, but that is the most I have seen in a while. I usually have between 12-15mb free. How much space does the voice activated dialing take up? I never use it but haven't gotten around to removing it yet.

So far this is the most stable build that I have loaded on my 8320...I have a lot more free memory...after a reboot I have about 21 free and that's with a couple games and the usual. Nothing fancy. So far I like it over the .44 for memory space.

After a 7 min call, a 2 min call, and a 5 min call - all with the WI-FI turned off - everything is functioning fine. I'll keep testing it.
BCollins521/those without reboot problems - do you have UMA/WI-FI turned on?

Anybody test this on 8310 yet? im thinking of upgrading right now but im a little scared... .42 is running flawlessly besides a little laggy UI. Always better to upgrade I heard .46 has smoother UI, but im not sure how it would react.

From what I've read, most the reboot issues relate to the memory card and needing a format.
