my client has a personnal BB curve
I am trying to sync with Lotus Notes using a usb cable and Desktop manager

on Curve I had installed the latest OS version available from Rogers, her provider and I installed the latest destkop manager version on her pc.

It is setup for sync with agenda, adress book and task with Lotus Notes. I was able to use destkop manager to backup data, load latest OS on her BB
but when we try to sync with Lotus Notes, i get an error and Desktop manage crashes and the syncs fails at that point. Nothing has been transfered to the BB.

Anyone encountered something like that before? There is no real error message, just a pop up that ask if we want to submit to microsoft. Any help would be appreciated.

i had a case where desktop manager was crashing during a sync and rogers said it was due to an old sim card.
