Default BAS 5.0 console broken

Please Login to Remove!

Server: BES 5.0 MR3
Client: Win 7 RTM/IE8/JRE 1.6u17

Web console was working for the first 10 days or so. Now when I log on, I get the "appMain" page that checks to see if the Device Manager software is installed, but that's all I get. In the Status bar, I see "Done" with the yellow exclamation point icon. Double-clicking that, I get this error:

Code:

Webpage error details
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.2; Tablet PC 2.0)
Timestamp: Mon, 16 Nov 2009 19:23:27 UTC

Message: Object doesn't support this property or method
Line: 392
Char: 19
Code: 0
URI: https://[servername].[domain].local/webconsole/assets/script/webConsole.js
Site is in the "Local Intranet" zone, in which JavaScript is enabled.

I found I can run it from the same machine under a different user account (which is my current workaround), so it's specific to my user profile.

I cleared the browser cache, no change.

I deleted all cookies from site [servername].[domain].local and cleared the cache again, no change.

I logged on under an admin account, deleted the locally cached profile and let Windows download the roaming profile from the server (thus creating a new browser cache). No change.

Any ideas?

Add BAS to IE8 Compatibility View.

That was it, Penguin, thanks!

Evidently I figured it out when I first set up BES 5, because it was working. Must've turned off compatibility view by mistake recently and forgot that I had ever turned it on for this page in the first place.
