I have a Pearl 8130 (v4.5.0.175). Earlier this week I had a problem with my phone showing 'roaming' (white triangle on screen). I backed up everything and took it to my local cell provider service center. They reset the phone and I restored my backup.

Now since I've done the restore, the phone doesn't show 'roaming' status, but I have a new issue. When I receive a long e-mail on my phone (ISP: Comcast) I click on 'More' on the menu to get the rest of the data for the e-mail I'm looking at and I get the following error code: " 'More' request cannot be completed. Service book information not found".

I took the phone back to the service center, and they talked with tech support at my cell provider, and they also talked with Blackberry tech support. I'm still having the issue.

Talk to them again. Try to get a new phone. This sounds like it is a phone issue given uve already been theu bb support

I deleted & re-added my e-mail account to the phone. It works great now! No more error message! Thanks!!
