Big Red "X"

Seriously, do RIM have a solution for Red "X" problem? I saw many post and went thru many KB and none of them provide strong solution or resolve the problem. I have a user account refused to send, then I wipe the device and update OS. It worked for 24 hours, then the user get the Red "X" again. Now, I have to exchange to different device and hopefully will work.
Right now, I don't see any solution!! Any comment?
