today i noticed when looking at a contact in my address book, that in the "notes" field it said the word "Dummy" i thought this is really odd. i know i didnt write that. i checked, and ALL my contacts have the same issue!!! how did this happen? i did 2 things today. one of them MUST have caused this. 1: i installed the 6.0.0.424 leak, 2: i ran the ATT contact backup service for the first time. im sure one of the 2 caused this but im not sure which one. anyone else with this issue?

EDIT: did some research and found that the ATT address book backup is a new feature built in to OS6. after installing this update, the first time i opened my address book, it prompted me to turn the feature on. i thought, why not? but still not sure if this caused the "Dummy" issue

update: the issue was caused by the ATT address backup feature. i just spent the last couple hours trying to clean up the mess and disable the ATT address sync. it was tricky, but i got it done. good thing i first made a clean backup of my contacts right before i did the OS update and ATT sync activation.

Why would you run anything except the BB backup from the DM?

The note hasn't come from the contact entry being linked with any apps such as Facebook, Twitter, AIM, BBM etc?

i am running all the same apps i have ran for a long time without this problem, so its doubtful that another app caused it.
