hey i have restored/backd up my files on my pc but i cant seem to open it becuase the file is an IPD and i dont have any programs that support it... any suggestions?

It is normally opened by Desktop Manager; use the Backup/Restore functionality there.

You need ABC Amber BlackBerry Editor (freeware) to open and edit .ipd files.
